Sexuality and relationships have always fascinated me. I believe that love, passion, and friendship are among life's greatest treasures, and everyone deserves to experience them fully.

My story
From Curiosity to Calling
Choosing sexology wasn't a detour; it was a direction! I've always been drawn to the complexity of human intimacy and to the field that sits at the intersection of science, psychology, the exploration of pleasure, and what it means to be fully human.
What started as intellectual curiosity became a professional calling. Today, I have one clear mission: to help you live the love and sex life exactly the way you want it.
The Foundation behind the Work
I completed my Bachelor's in Sexology at UQAM, followed by a Master's in Psychology Counselling at Yorkville University. I hold dual licensure as a Sexologist with the OPSQ in Quebec and as a Psychotherapist with the CRPO in Ontario.
I read constantly and attend regular trainings because the people who sit across from me deserve a clinician who keeps growing. When I recommend a book like Dr. Nikki Goldstein's Single but Dating, it's because it offers a genuinely different lens on modern relationships.
Sexuality is complex, personal, and often the last thing people feel they can talk about openly. That's exactly why it matters.
A Research-based,
Integrative Approach
Adaptable, because no two people and no two relationships are the same. I view sexuality as one of the most intricate and beautiful forms of interpersonal communication, so I draw from proven methodologies to meet you where you are.
Levels 1 and 2, Trauma & Affairs, Baby Makes Three. Evidence-based tools to understand conflict cycles and rebuild trust.
Exploring relational patterns: What keeps repeating, why, and how to create something different.
Differentiation as the engine of long-term desire. For couples ready to move beyond co-dependence toward real intimacy.
Bringing the body into therapy. Because intimacy is lived in the body first, not just the mind.
I take positions.
These are mine.
Whatever brings you here (desire, identity, shame, disconnection) I've heard it before, with a lot of color, and I won't flinch. The therapeutic space only works if you feel completely safe to say the unsayable.
Understanding why something happens is a start. But I'm here to give you tools you can actually use, in your body, in your relationship, in your daily life. Keep in mind: insight without practice doesn't create change.
I work in both French and English because your most intimate conversations should happen in the language where you feel most comfortable. I welcome all orientations, identities, words/labels and relationship structures.
I keep learning
because you deserve it.
The field of human sexuality moves fast. I read research, listen to podcasts, and attend trainings (in Canada, the US, Europe, or online) specifically to find the best specialist on whatever someone in my practice is navigating. If I haven't encountered something yet, that's exactly what drives me to go find the answer.
When I recommend something, a book, a framework, a way of thinking, it's because it shifted something for me first or it's well studied and documented.
Desire, stress, masculinity, identity; I seek out resources because someone in my practice needs them, not just to expand my own knowledge.
I'm not limited by geography. If the leading specialist on a particular issue is in another city, country, or time zone; I show up.
Regular supervision keeps my clinical judgment sharp and ensures that what I bring into the room stays about you (not me!) It's one of the most important things I do for the quality of my work.
Let's work together.
You're ready for something different in your intimate life, your relationship, or your sexuality. I'm here.
What I'm reading.
Reading gives me perspectives I haven't lived myself. It lends me words, images, and realities I can offer back to those who need them.
My podcast is on its way.
The ins and outs of sex, relationships, and everything in between. Bilingual, direct, without filters.
You've read enough about me.
Now let's talk about you.
The first consultation is free, confidential, and without commitment. It's simply a conversation to see if we're the right fit.
